Summary of what this development build actually stores, to support the legal review:
- Account: email address, handle, display name, optional bio and website, hashed password (argon2id), account status.
- Consent records: the terms version you accepted and when; an age-eligibility confirmation (no date of birth).
- Sessions: hashed tokens, device user-agent, sign-in and last-active times. No IP addresses are stored in the database.
- Content and activity: posts, likes, reposts, bookmarks (private), follows, blocks and mutes (private), notifications.
- Safety: reports you file (confidential), moderation decisions and appeals about your account.
Account deletion: deactivated immediately, personal data removed after 30 days; moderation and audit records are retained under a separate policy that is pending legal review. The final policy will be published here.
